You may not use our platform to distribute harmful code, harass other users, or engage in any activity that infringes on intellectual property rights. All course materials remain the exclusive property of Fineview Atelier and are provided solely for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are final. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Prices are listed in USD. Refunds are granted only at the discretion of Fineview Atelier management within 14 days of purchase if the content has not yet been accessed.
5. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is". Fineview Atelier makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of course materials or the outcomes of any body language training provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Fineview Atelier be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
